DIB is a raster graphics file format developed by Microsoft in 1987, as Windows 2.0 was being developed. It was designed to store bitmaps in a Device Independent Bitmap (DIB) file, making it easy for Windows to view it on different displays without using graphics adapters.
Select any DIB file from your device to start uploading it.
Before clicking the Convert button, use any available DIB to PSD tools.
When the conversion status changes to successful, click on the Download button to get the final PSD image.
Rotate DIB to right (90° clockwise), to left (90° counter-clockwise), 180°, and convert it to PSD.
Flip DIB vertically and/or horizontally (flop), and convert it to PSD.
To change DIB format to PSD, upload your DIB file to proceed to the preview page. Use any available tools if you want to edit and manipulate your DIB file. Click on the convert button and wait for the convert to complete. Download the converted PSD file afterward.
