Convert BIE images to DIB format, edit and optimize images online and free.
DIB is a raster graphics file format developed by Microsoft in 1987, as Windows 2.0 was being developed. It was designed to store bitmaps in a Device Independent Bitmap (DIB) file, making it easy for Windows to view it on different displays without using graphics adapters.
Choose the BIE image you wish to convert.
Pick any BIE to DIB tools if you need to edit your BIE file, then click the Convert button.
Wait a couple of seconds for the converter to do the hard job, then download your DIB file.
Rotate BIE to right (90° clockwise), to left (90° counter-clockwise), 180°, and convert it to DIB.
Flip BIE vertically and/or horizontally (flop), and convert it to DIB.
To change BIE format to DIB, upload your BIE file to proceed to the preview page. Use any available tools if you want to edit and manipulate your BIE file. Click on the convert button and wait for the convert to complete. Download the converted DIB file afterward.
