Convert DIB to FLIF
Convert DIB images to FLIF format, edit and optimize images online and free.
DIB is a raster graphics file format developed by Microsoft in 1987, as Windows 2.0 was being developed. It was designed to store bitmaps in a Device Independent Bitmap (DIB) file, making it easy for Windows to view it on different displays without using graphics adapters.
Select any DIB image you wish to convert by clicking the Choose File button.
Use any available DIB to FLIF tools on the preview page and click Convert.
You will be redirected to the download page to see the conversion status and download your FLIF file.
Rotate DIB to right (90° clockwise), to left (90° counter-clockwise), 180°, and convert it to FLIF.
Flip DIB vertically and/or horizontally (flop), and convert it to FLIF.
To change DIB format to FLIF, upload your DIB file to proceed to the preview page. Use any available tools if you want to edit and manipulate your DIB file. Click on the convert button and wait for the convert to complete. Download the converted FLIF file afterward.
