DIB is a raster graphics file format developed by Microsoft in 1987, as Windows 2.0 was being developed. It was designed to store bitmaps in a Device Independent Bitmap (DIB) file, making it easy for Windows to view it on different displays without using graphics adapters.
Personalized Image Capture Technology or PICT for short, is a graphics file format in Macintosh computers developed by Apple Computer Inc. The format supports both bitmap and vector graphics and uses JPEG compression algorithms and RLE encoding.

Rotate DIB to right (90° clockwise), to left (90° counter-clockwise), 180°, and convert it to PICT.
Flip DIB vertically and/or horizontally (flop), and convert it to PICT.
