Convert HWPX (Hanword) to UOT

HWPX (Hangul Word Processor XML) is an advanced document format used by Hanword, developed by Hancom. It serves as an XML-based alternative to the proprietary HWP format, enhancing interoperability and accessibility. Introduced to improve document structure and compatibility, HWPX enables easier data exchange, integration with various applications, and better support for modern document processing workflows. It is widely used in South Korea for official documents, offering structured content representation while maintaining the rich formatting capabilities of Hanword.

The UOT (Uniform Office Document) file extension is used for documents created in the Uniform Office Format (UOF), an open standard developed for Chinese office productivity applications. It uses an XML format to describe the document and is compressed to reduce file size. UOT files can be opened by OpenOffice and its variants. The format is similar to the OASIS OpenDocument format but is not compatible with it.
