JPEG 2000 is a file format for encoding raster images created in 2000 by the Joint Photographic Experts Group to improve JPEG. It supports progressive encoding, lossy and lossless compression, and transparency.

Rotate JIF to right (90° clockwise), to left (90° counter-clockwise), 180°, and convert it to JP2.
