Convert MEF to DIB
Convert MEF images to DIB format, edit and optimize images online and free.
DIB is a raster graphics file format developed by Microsoft in 1987, as Windows 2.0 was being developed. It was designed to store bitmaps in a Device Independent Bitmap (DIB) file, making it easy for Windows to view it on different displays without using graphics adapters.
Click the Choose File button to select the MEF file.
Check the file preview quickly and use MEF to DIB tools if you need to change the conversion settings.
Let the file convert, then you can download your DIB file right afterward.
Rotate MEF to right (90° clockwise), to left (90° counter-clockwise), 180°, and convert it to DIB.
Flip MEF vertically and/or horizontally (flop), and convert it to DIB.
To change MEF format to DIB, upload your MEF file to proceed to the preview page. Use any available tools if you want to edit and manipulate your MEF file. Click on the convert button and wait for the convert to complete. Download the converted DIB file afterward.
