DIB is a raster graphics file format developed by Microsoft in 1987, as Windows 2.0 was being developed. It was designed to store bitmaps in a Device Independent Bitmap (DIB) file, making it easy for Windows to view it on different displays without using graphics adapters.
Click the Choose File button to select the PEF file.
Choose any PEF to DIB converter tools for a customized conversion, and click Convert.
Wait a few moments for the converter to complete its job, then download your DIB file.
Rotate PEF to right (90° clockwise), to left (90° counter-clockwise), 180°, and convert it to DIB.
Flip PEF vertically and/or horizontally (flop), and convert it to DIB.
To change PEF format to DIB, upload your PEF file to proceed to the preview page. Use any available tools if you want to edit and manipulate your PEF file. Click on the convert button and wait for the convert to complete. Download the converted DIB file afterward.
