Convert PT3 to OTB FONT

PostScript Type 3 (PT3) is a file format developed by Adobe Systems in the 1980s for font files in PostScript language. Historically, OTB was developed to support the efficient rendering of fonts on systems with limited resources, ensuring the high-quality display of text.
