The SXI file extension stands for StarOffice Impress Presentation. It is a presentation file format used by StarOffice Impress, a program for creating slide shows. SXI files typically follow a slide layout template, containing a title slide followed by content slides, and support audio, video, and transition effects. Initially used in StarOffice version 5 and Apache OpenOffice version 1, later versions adopted the ODP format.
