DIB is a raster graphics file format developed by Microsoft in 1987, as Windows 2.0 was being developed. It was designed to store bitmaps in a Device Independent Bitmap (DIB) file, making it easy for Windows to view it on different displays without using graphics adapters.
Start uploading a CUR image by clicking the Choose File button or drag & dropping your CUR file.
To customize CUR to DIB conversion, use the available tools before clicking the Convert button.
Once the convert is complete, you can download the final DIB file.
Rotate CUR to right (90° clockwise), to left (90° counter-clockwise), 180°, and convert it to DIB.
