JPEG is an image file format developed by Joint Photographic Experts Group in 1992. Because of its lossy compression capability, JPEG is a suitable file standard for photographs and web images which makes it the most used digital image format in the world.
DIB is a raster graphics file format developed by Microsoft in 1987, as Windows 2.0 was being developed. It was designed to store bitmaps in a Device Independent Bitmap (DIB) file, making it easy for Windows to view it on different displays without using graphics adapters.

Rotate JPG to right (90° clockwise), to left (90° counter-clockwise), 180°, and convert it to DIB.
Flip JPG vertically and/or horizontally (flop), and convert it to DIB.
