Convert MRW to PBM

The MRW file extension, short for Minolta Raw Image, is a raw photo file format developed by Minolta for their Dimage digital cameras. This format supports only black-and-white imagery, making it particularly useful in scenarios where simplicity and minimalism are prioritized, such as in Unix environments for bitmap manipulation and transfer.
