Convert PT3 to WOFF

PostScript Type 3 (PT3) is a file format developed by Adobe Systems in the 1980s for font files in PostScript language. Unlike the more common PostScript Type 1 format, PT3 allows for the inclusion of complex graphics and color. The WOFF (Web Open Font Format) file extension is a font file format used in web development. Introduced by the Web Fonts Working Group at W3C, it enhances web typography by enabling the use of custom fonts. WOFF files are compressed and include metadata, providing efficient loading and improved performance. Developed to address the limitations of standard font formats on the web, WOFF became a W3C Recommendation in 2012, ensuring broad compatibility across modern browsers. Its primary use is to deliver non-system fonts to users, offering a richer and more flexible typographic experience on websites.
