Convert TIFF to XBM
Convert TIFF images to XBM format, edit and optimize images online and free.
TIFF is a bitmap image format developed by Aldus Corporation in 1986 and continued by Adobe Systems. Most of the TIFF files are uncompressed which makes them large in file size; but their high quality makes them suitable for professional digital photography, scanning, and printing.
The XBM file extension represents an archaic image format adopted by the X Window System for archiving monochrome bitmap images as text-based C code. Although the XPM format, which supports color, has largely supplanted it, XBM files retain their utility. They are compatible with a range of image editing programs and text editors, ensuring their continued relevance in the realm of computer technology.
