A WDB file is a Microsoft Works database file similar to an MDB file but less efficient and with much more limitations. To open WDB files, one of your best shots is to convert them to CSV format using Vertopal.
The UOS format is the native file format for the spreadsheet module of the Uniform Office Format (UOF), an open standard for office applications developed in China. It uses XML and compression to save spreadsheets and is similar to but not compatible with other standards such as Microsoft Office Open XML (XLSX) and OASIS OpenDocument (ODS).
