STC is a file format for StarOffice Calc Spreadsheet Template originally developed by StarOffice software. It contains settings for creating other spreadsheets that use the template’s information to set up formatting, font size, margins, charts, and more. The format was later adopted by Apache OpenOffice but was eventually replaced with the OTS file format. STC files can be opened using OpenOffice Calc, Planamesa NeoOffice, and LibreOffice.
