Convert MRW to PGM

The MRW file extension, short for Minolta Raw Image, is a raw photo file format developed by Minolta for their Dimage digital cameras. Due to its straightforward structure and plain text encoding, it's often used in academic and research settings where ease of parsing and accessibility are crucial.
