Web Open Font Format (.woff)
WOFF is a format for web fonts that enables the transmission of custom fonts over the internet in a compressed form. It supports both TrueType and OpenType fonts and includes licensing information for the fonts. The WebFonts Working Group has developed this format to minimize bandwidth usage and enhance the availability of fonts for web design.
